• Minimum 10 years’ experience,
• Prepare preliminary traffic management and safety plan for the construction period, detailed traffic management plans, detailing all temporary works, arrangements, and diversions to be designed to cater the adequate traffic flow during the works.
• Prepare traffic demand estimates and establish possible traffic growth rates in respect of all categories of vehicles, considering the past trends, annual population and real per capita growth rate, elasticity of transport demand in relation to income, and estimated annual production increase.
