• Minimum 10 years’ experience
• He will prepare detailed estimates for quantities (considering designs and mass haul diagram) and project cost (Engineer’s estimate) for entire project (civil works packages), including the cost of environmental and social safeguards proposed.
• A detailed bill of quantities will be prepared. The cost estimate will be separated into foreign and local components, for civil works, consulting services, counterpart costs, taxes and duties, physical and financial contingencies, and financial charges during implementation according to ADB guidelines.
