Pay/Salary

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in civil engineering or highway engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years overall experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with planning/designing of roads/highway projects. International experience is an advantage.
• Responsible for every aspect of highway design, but must make safety their first priority. They design the horizontal and vertical alignments of roadways, intersections, and interchanges, and are also involved in pavement mix and thickness design.
